Ingegerd Råman was born in Stockholm in 1943. She trained first under Carl Malmsten at Capellagården in Öland, and later at Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm. In Faenza, Italy, she spent a year studying ceramic chemistry. In 1967, she established a pottery studio in her  home in the southern Swedish province of Skåne. Today, Ingegerd Råman is a freelance designer.

Anna Kraitz’s design work evokes emotion by incorporating suggestive details from the world around her with functional elements. She has been awarded several scholarships, including the Bruno Mathsson and Ljunggrenska Design prizes. Anna’s work is included in the collections of the National Museum in Stockholm and the National Museum of Washington.

The architects Kersti Sandin and Lars Bülow are working together since 1978, when they started their design studio. In 1992 they founded the furniture company Materia and in 2017 the Museum of Furniture Studies, based on their extensive collection of modern furniture objects. Kersti Sandin was a design professor for several years and has been awarded the title Honorary Member of Architects Sweden. Lars Bülow has been the CEO for a.o. Materia and Lammhults. Sandin and Bülow were awarded the Excellent Swedish Design Award 20 times, alongside several other awards. They are represented at the National Museum in Stockholm, the Röhsska Museum in Gothenburg and the Museum für Angewandte Kunst in Cologne.

Jonas Edvard is a Danish designer working and living in Copenhagen, Denmark. He graduated in 2013 from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, School of Design. His interest in design is focused on recontextualizing materials and challenging their use in daily objects. His work is characterized by the use of natural materials showing quiet shapes which combined create adaptable and functional products. His work has been exhibited all over the world and is included in the permanent collection of the Danish Design Museum and Trapholt: The Museum of Modern Art and Design.

Marie-Louse Hellgren is an international pioneer within the circular design movement. She is a renowned designer with many well-known designs found in many Swedish homes and in the permanent collection of the National Museum in Stockholm. She is specialized in circular design and the upcycling of interiors and furniture.

The Swedish lighting designer Åke Hultgren is best known for his lamp collection Puck, which was released in 1987. The appearance of Puck collection also characterises Hultgren’s style as a designer, combining refined functionalism with the classic and timeless elegance of Scandinavian design.

Founded by Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto, and Ola Rune in 1995, Claesson Koivisto Rune is a multi-disciplinary architectural and design studio specialising in product, furniture, and lighting design. Over the past two decades, CKR has produced many distinguished projects for public environments, including the Sfera Building in Kyoto and the famous Operakällaren restaurant in Stockholm, as well as designs for Cappellini and Iittala.

Jenny Bäck is based in Stockholm, where she works with retail concept design for the fashion industry. Bäck received a degree from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg and Bartlett School of Architecture at University College London. While working for Alsop & Störmer Architects in London, her became interested in interior design, concept design and retail architecture. This prompted a move to Ytterbom & Fuentes, where she worked on projects for SAAB, McDonalds and Aftonbladet, among others.

Egnell Allard AB was founded 2005 by Johanna Egnell and Helena Allard. Both graduated from Beckmans School of Design in 1999, and shortly after received scholarships from Ung Svensk Form, Elle interior, and IKEA’s design scholarship. Egnell Allard is a multidisciplinary design studio that works with interior architecture, as well as product design.

Daniel is a Stockholm based product and furniture designer. He is educated at Lunds Tekniska Högskola and University of Technology in Sydney and has been working as a product designer and interior architect since 2010. Between 2010 and 2018 Daniel was a part in starting and developing the Product Design Studio at one of Swedens largest architectural offices.
 
Since 2020 Daniel has his own studio with a focus on product and furniture design. He uses a structured design process based on design methodology. The aim is to create products with a clear function and an own identity based on a human centered approach. A perfect design process starts with identified needs and functions and a close dialogue with the client.

Gustaf Nordenskiöld was born in Gothenburg and works in Stockholm as an artist and designer. As a product designer, he makes everyday objects in ceramics, glass, textiles, and metal. Nordenskiöld often allows the manufacturing method to become an important part of the finished work, leaving traces of the process in the object as a memory of its making. He was educated at Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm.

Michel Bussien is educated at Konstfack and works as an artist and a designer on both public and private projects. Peter Nilsson runs his own business as an architectural lighting designer creating mostly project-specific installations.

Note is a Stockholm-based studio founded in 2008 that has received international attention for their use of colour, shapes, and material, and for their creative projects Marginal Notes and Loka Brunn. Note collaborates with both Swedish and international clients, including wec360, LOKA, ATG, Zero, Nola, Karl Andersson & Söner, Abici Italia, Seletti and La Chance France.

Louise Hederström is a furniture designer based in Malmö. After graduating in 1998 from Beckmans School of Design in Stockholm, she now has an extensive business as a designer. Her clients include some of the most respected manufacturing companies in Scandinavian design, such as Offecct, Skagerak and Maze. Louise regularly participates in exhibitions in Sweden and abroad and has also repeatedly been an instructor for various design education programmes. She also works together with upholsterer Carina Grefmar under the brand Grefmar+Hederström and they are represented by the gallery Hostler Burrows in New York.

Gert Wingårdh is one of Sweden’s most famous and experienced architects. In addition to his many award-winning buildings, he is also an author and product designer. Sara Helder is an architect and interior designer who has been a member of the Wingårdhs team for 20 years.

Jonas Bohlin, born in Stockholm, has become one of Sweden’s foremost designers. His chair, Concrete, has reached cult status. Educated at Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm, Bohlin has worked with glassware, textiles, art objects, installations, and furniture and lighting design since 1983. Bohlin has been a professor of design at Konstfack, as well as head of the design program at Beckmans School of Design in Stockholm. His work has garnered countless awards and has been exhibited around the world.

Folkform is a collaboration between designers Anna Holmquist and Chandra Ahlsell. Founded in 2005, the studio has become known for its conceptual furniture and product design. They first entered the public spotlight with their experimental work with materials, especially masonite where flowers and plants are pressed into the boards-giving an entirely new character. Folkform has since become an international name, receiving several prestigious design awards. Their work can be found in the permanent design exhibition at the National Museum in Stockholm and in the National Museum of Art and Architecture in Oslo, among others.

Hans-Agne Jakobsson was a Swedish interior and furniture designer who started his career as assistant to Carl Malmsten. In 1951 he founded the company Hans-Agne Jakobsson AB in Markaryd. His design is characterized by materials that create pleasant, non-blinding light. Today, many of his objects are considered collectable.

Malin Mena is an artist and glass designer. She is educated at Riksglasskolan in Orrefors and the Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm, and has taken courses in glass and architecture at Konstfack University of Arts, Crafts and Design.

Born in Gothenburg, Joel Karlsson is now head of design at Gothenburg-based architectural firm Krook & Tjäder. Educated at Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design and KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, as well as Parsons School of Design in New York, Karlsson established his own industrial design studio, Joel Karlsson Industriell Design, and lectured at Växjö University before joining Krook & Tjäder as design director and partner in 2008.

Addi was founded in 2008 with aim of creating creative objects that tell a story. Their work conveys a sense of playfulness and curiosity, and several of their projects have garnered international attention and been recognized with international design prizes.

Norway Says was an internationally recognized design trio from Oslo that was active from 1999 to 2009. The trio consisted of Torbjörn Anderssen, Andreas Engesvik, and Espen Voll.

Pierre Sindre is a Swedish designer based in Stockholm. Pierre is born in Jönköping and educated at Konstfack University of Arts, Crafts and Design. One of his strengths is his background as an interior architect, and his well-founded understanding of space, function, and beauty.

Matti Klenell was born in Gothenburg and now lives and works in Stockholm. He is educated at Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm. In 2000, he founded Matti Klenell Studio. From 2000 to 2006, Klenell was head of the form program at Beckmans College of Design in Stockholm. His work is featured in the collections of several museums, including the National Museum of Fine Arts in Stockholm. Klenell was the recipient of the prestigious Ljunggren Design Prize in 2003.

Marge Arkitekter was founded in 2002 by Katarina Grundsell, Louise Masreliez, Pye Aurell Ehrström and Susanne Ramel. They are regarded as a leading young Swedish architectural practice. The firm employs twelve full-time architects and focuses on socially and environmentally sustainable practices. Marge Arkitekter produces work in a variety of scales, ranging from initial strategic studies, master planning, housing and commercial developments to interior and product design.

Box Arkitekter’s founders Ann Morsing and Beban Nord are graduates of Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm. Their architectural practice specialises in interior projects for public and private environments, exhibitions, media commissions and product design. They have designed and produced a collection of furniture for their company Box Design and have exhibited at furniture fairs and solo exhibitions in Stockholm, Milan, Cologne, Copenhagen, and New York.
